Dr. Eddie Peters

Dr. Eddie Peters is a graduate of Ferris State University and received his Doctorate of Optometry from the Michigan College of Optometry in May of 2018. He is a member of the American Optometric Association (AOA) and the Michigan Optometric Association (MOA). Dr. Peters has trained using some of the most recent advancements in the field, including new imaging technology and leading edge specialty contact lenses. Completing training in Pediatric Optometry, Dr. Peters is very comfortable with patients presenting for their very first eye exam, as well as with our longstanding patients.

Dr. Eddie Peters enjoys golfing, fishing, and watching any sporting event involving our Detroit teams (GO Tigers, Wings, Pistons, & Lions!). He enjoys talking optometry with his dad and brother and has been a wealth of growing knowledge over the past 12 years here while working at Avery Eye Care Center. He is excited to be apart of such a successful, amazing team and is ready to keep propelling Avery in the fantastic direction it is already headed.
